You can use an iPod to transfer programs from your computer to copy all files from the iPod to another computer. Personal use Cucusoft iPhone / iTouch iPod / PC to Transfer. It allows me to transfer my songs / videos / photos from the iPod directly safely. It to my computer and works good for me, you can try.
Free download at: http://dvd-video-soft.com/ipodconverter/ ...

It even has step-by-step throughout the process.
Hope it helps.

Yes and no. You can use a connect your iPod to multiple computers together, without having to synchronize music, but the music on my computer does not automatically with your iPod. Here's how:

Connect your iPod to your computer, which is commonly used.
Wait until the loading and everything.
Click on the name of your iPod. (must be on the Music tab for your iPod)
Scroll down to the section "Options"
Click "Manually manage music and videos"
Eject iPod

Now you can connect your iPod to any computer without the songs. Note: You can sync music from your computer, but you can manually every song on the iPod.
